Our capabilities encompass manufacturing of variety of electronic and automotive wiring harness. Our harness assembly scope ranges from simple single wire leads to complex wire harness with innumerable wires, multiple connectors & contacts. A variety of protective coverings are also available like convoluted tubing/ conduit, braid/loom & insulated tape. Each wire harness is assembled on a specially designed form board that ensures dimensional requirements. The wiring harness assemblies are then electronically tested for point to point circuit continuity. SafeCord has a vast amount of experience in harness assembly. We can supply kits that are ready to install or if required by the customer we can lay the harness into their systems. We can supply over-braided assemblies in Nomex, Dacron, Nylon, Kevlar, or metal.
